Iconic imagery developed for a condominium complex in Baltimore County, Maryland whose goal was to rebrand the property which had been apartments into condominiums.
The brief, as delivered by the client, was to raise the profile of the property—which had existed for some time as apartments. The branding's job was to develop a new appeal to the existing tenants and to develop a wider appeal to prospective buyers.

Creative campaign was developed using local outdoor and print to promote the condominium complex in and to tout the amenities which along with the location would appeal to Baltimore County residents who worked in the vicinity and had to endure commutes through the area.
